Whatever your reason is to change; it may be to look good or to feel good and perhaps even both. The 4 weeks of the Beginners Pilates Course is specially designed for general fitness, toning, strength, and flexibility. You will begin to have an understanding of your body, not just what to do, but how to move using the techniques that you learn from your Pilates instructor.

We don’t need to sell Pilates its not a new fad or trend that is going to disappear anytime soon. In fact, its been around since the early 1900’s Yes it evolved throughout this time as some of our beloved Joseph Pilates ideas were a little off centered. But how can you possibly decline the benefits that Pilates goers rave about? Its certainly is more in demand than ever and studios around the world are buzzing.

One of the most common questions of those who are just beginning their wellness journey – How long will it take to see results from Pilates? Joseph Pilates said, ?In 10 sessions, you feel better, 20 sessions you look better, 30 sessions you have a completely new body.? The more often you do Pilates, the more quickly and intensely you see and feel a difference in your body.

For maximum results, we recommend 30 intense sessions: 3 times a week for ten weeks. But like anything else you have to continuously do it, so start.


To give you a guideline on how to get the maximum result, below is a must-read:

  • Week one, you would have achieved the basics of Pilates – alignment, breathing, functional movement and learn about the equipment you use. Plus, you get a workout based at beginner?s level. If you are not in the course, make sure you book into the: INTRO TO PILATES WORKSHOP
  • Week two, you start to perform more basic; exercises moving smoothly, slowly and simply.
  • Week three, you can now feel the benefits of breathing with movement, you have developed muscle memory.
  • Week four, we work on achieving results via breathing, movement and feel the success of strength and length being developed and built within your body.


To lose weight or improve fitness and strength, we recommend you attend 3 classes a week, allow a day apart for recovery for best results. We also encourage a healthy balanced diet for best results.

We recommend at least 2 – 3 of our cardio style classes, for strength gain try our TRX or Boxilates at least twice per week. Having those exercise endorphins running around your body keeps your body and mind balanced. Try to mix up your workout so you do some of our gentler classes on the body and more intense sessions in between.
